The best tool ever!

I have been using this tool for the last 10 years and it is very helpful at work, home, camping and almost everywhere I go. Recently I sent in my tool to be replaced and one of them was lost on the mail when they returned to me. I wrote a email and it was replaced again.
Thank you very much for your assistance. This tool now is part of my daily things I take to work.
