Around mid year 09 I broke one of the plier points on my Wave. Upon returning to my supplier (Ray's Outdoors) they had arranged a repair, and had it returned within 3weeks. Undoubtedly the best service I have ever had, and the best tool I have ever owned. Especially when you live down under.
