Delivery & Returns

Receipt of Orders

  • Orders received before 1.30pm on a working day will be processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Orders received after 1.30pm will be processed the following working day.

  • Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery time will begin as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Amendment or Cancellation of Orders

If you need to amend or cancel your order, we may be able to do this if you contact us immediately after placing your order.

If you don't manage to contact us in time, or we're unable to amend / cancel your order due to it being processed, don't worry as any unwanted items can be returned to us.

DPD Next Day 18+ £3.95

As of 6th April 2022, all bladed items must be age checked at the point of delivery by the courier.

  • Delivery will be made by DPD Next Day. You will be sent tracking information via email for all tracked UK orders
  • DPD aims to deliver your parcel the next working day (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). Orders to more remote areas of the UK, such as Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc. may take longer due to their geographical location
  • Deliveries can only be made to the UK. We are unable to accept any order for delivery to Eire or any other address outside of the UK.

Standard 48 Hour Tracked Delivery £2.95

  • This service is only available for items that do not require age verification by the courier
  • Order processing takes 1-2 working days and delivery time will begin as soon as your order leaves our warehouse

  • Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 2-3 working days (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control) of receipt of your order. Orders to more remote areas of the UK, such as Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc., may take a day or two longer due to their geographical location.

  • All deliveries must be signed for.

  • Deliveries can only be made to the UK. We are unable to accept any orders for delivery to Eire or any other address outside of the UK.

  • Leatherman.co.uk is closed on all bank holidays. No orders will be processed on these days.

24 Hour Tracked Delivery £4.95

  • This service is only available for items that do not require age verification by the courier
  • Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Tracked 24. You will be sent tracking information via email for all tracked UK orders

  • Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel the next working day (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). Orders to more remote areas of the UK, such as Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc. may take longer due to their geographical location

  • Deliveries can only be made to the UK. We are unable to accept any order for delivery to Eire or any other address outside of the UK.


Returns

If you purchased or received a product directly from leatherman.co.uk and would like to return it within 14 days, we can issue you a refund. Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition and must be made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect.

Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. If you ordered your product directly from leatherman.co.uk and it arrived damaged, you must notify us by email at sales@leatherman.co.uk and return the goods unused and in the condition in which you received them.

If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than leatherman.co.uk, please go directly to the original place of purchase.

If You Received the Wrong Product

If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or are missing something from your order, please contact us direct at sales@leatherman.co.uk. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your web order number (starts with LTUK-), as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.

Warranty Returns

If you are returning the product because it is defective, please complete the relevant form on our Warranty Page and return it to us with your faulty item to the following address:

Once received, your Leatherman warranty return will be inspected by our Warranty team. If a fault is found, we'll aim to replace your item free of charge within 15 working days.
